Prices

All prices are shown in EUR, except for Sweden (SEK).
All prices include VAT and applicable taxes within the EU.
Sommerstudios ApS reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
Sold-out items are subject to availability.

Payment

Sommerstudios ApS accepts payment by VISA Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, and Mastercard.
Payment will only be charged when your order has been dispatched.
All amounts are inclusive of VAT.

MobilePay is available for customers in Denmark only.
Klarna is available for customers in Sweden only.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or to cancel orders in the event of sold-out or discontinued products.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders received before 17:00 (CET) the same day; orders placed later are shipped the next business day.

We deliver to all EU countries listed below:
Sweden, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain.

Your order will be shipped with PostNord or UPS, depending on your location and delivery preference.

Shipping rates:

  • Sweden – 49 DKK
  • Other EU countries – 75 DKK

Orders are normally delivered within 1–5 business days depending on the destination.

Note: If the parcel shop or delivery point is full, your parcel may be redirected to the nearest available location. You will be notified accordingly.

Right of Complaint (Warranty)

All purchases are covered by a 2-year warranty according to EU consumer law.
The warranty covers material or manufacturing defects.
Depending on the situation, you may have the right to a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling.
You must notify us within a reasonable period after discovering a defect.

We do not accept parcels sent cash-on-delivery (COD).

Refunds

When a refund is issued, please include your bank details (IBAN & BIC/SWIFT) so we can transfer the amount.
This information will be treated confidentially and used only for the refund.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period starts from the day you:

  • receive your order; or
  • receive the last item (if delivered in several shipments).

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
You must notify us of your wish to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the order and return the goods within 14 days thereafter.

Uncollected Parcels

Uncollected parcels are not considered a valid withdrawal.
If a parcel is not collected and returned to us, a handling fee of 39 DKK and a fixed return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund:

  • 49 DKK for customers in Sweden
  • 75 DKK for customers in other EU countries

Any outbound shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable.

This covers our actual costs for handling and return transportation.
Once we have received the returned parcel, the remaining amount will be refunded to the payment method used for the original purchase.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The following types of goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken.
  • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
  • Goods with broken seals or security packaging.
  • Services performed with the consumer’s prior consent before the withdrawal period expires.
  • Digital content not supplied on a physical medium, once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior consent.
  • Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (except subscriptions).
  • Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Returns

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged.
Include a copy of your order confirmation to speed up processing.

We do not accept parcels sent COD (cash on delivery).
You bear the risk of the goods until we have received them.

Condition of Returned Items

You are only liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
If the product has been used beyond this, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value.
To receive a full refund, the goods must be returned in unused condition.

Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount (less any applicable value reduction, handling fee, and return shipping fee).
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return shipment.

Privacy Policy

To complete your order, we collect the following personal information:
Name, address, phone number, email address, and purchase details.

Your data is processed solely for order fulfillment and customer service purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on our website.

Governing Law and Complaints

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark.
However, this does not affect your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your own country of residence within the EU.
